They made all their sausages and cold cuts with real quality meat parts and imported spices, German and Asian Style, and a lot of the items are gluten-free too. They smoke their meats with their 2 big smokers and not liquid smoke. All steaks are either Black Angus or Prime Quality. Once you tasted their products, you will come back again.
